Ours is to help carry that vision through planning and construction with care, clarity, and technical discipline. We believe the strongest projects come from early collaboration and shared understanding. By engaging during feasibility and design development, we can provide clear input on cost, constructability, and sequencing—while protecting the integrity of the design. Our preconstruction process is structured to support alignment early. We work closely with you and the homeowner to establish realistic budgets, identify constraints, and resolve details before construction begins. This approach helps ensure the project moves forward with clarity across design, budget, and build. Whether the project is a custom home, renovation, or secondary dwelling, we approach each build with thoughtful planning and a respect for complexity. We are comfortable working with detailed designs and value projects that require care, coordination, and precision. Our pre-construction process is structured to support feasibility, budgeting, and alignment before construction begins. 2 ### Pre-Construction & Planning We collaborate during design development to provide constructability input, accurate cost feedback, and coordination with consultants. Early planning helps reduce redesigns and supports informed decision-making. 3 ### Construction Management Our site team manages day-to-day coordination, quality control, and sequencing. We maintain clear communication around schedule, budget, and progress, supporting a smooth transition from design to build. 4 ### Completion & Warranty We manage close-out, walkthroughs, and warranty support in a clear and organized way. As licensed builders providing BC’s 2-5-10 Home Warranty Insurance, we remain accountable beyond project completion. ## Partner with Stillwater in Greater Victoria Stillwater focuses solely on construction.
