Starting with an undeveloped 2.5-acre lot in East Sooke, the property now boasts an energy-efficient home with three generously sized bedrooms, a modern kitchen and pantry, three unique bathrooms, and a spacious two-car garage, all thoughtfully integrated within a total living area of approximately 3,000 square feet.
