Tom leads Stillwater with integrity and experience as a Red Seal Carpenter. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, baseball with his son, weekends at the cabin in Jordan River, surfing, and learning to golf.

Dwayne brings a grounded perspective and a keen eye for detail to every project. Outside work, he enjoys family time, golfing with his son, and spending days on the boat.

You can always find Tyler managing sites with a positive, hands-on approach as a Red Seal Carpenter. Outside work, he enjoys family time with his wife and young children, and riding his motorcycle.

Erik brings the added value of a carpenter’s perspective to his role as estimator. Outside of work, he enjoys photography, hiking, and camping trips with his girlfriend.

Jenalee leads marketing and communications at Stillwater, focusing on authentic storytelling and connection. Outside work, she enjoys hiking, photography, staying active, and spending time with her dog Hugo.

Community Relations

Jen Labelle is Tom’s other half at Stillwater, passionate about community, land stewardship, and leading initiatives, while spending her time enjoying West Coast activities like hiking and surfing with her family.

Executive Assistant

Deborah plays a key role at Stillwater, supporting projects as executive assistant and site photographer. Outside work, she enjoys photography, volunteering with her church and in the community, and will drop everything to spend time with her grandchildren.

Bookkeeper

Sara brings her strong attention to detail and process to our day to day bookkeeping activities. In her spare time she enjoys golfing, 10-pin bowling, and playing Minecraft with her kids.

Dwight brings a diverse project background as a Red Seal Carpenter and site lead. Outside of work he enjoys coffee dates and walks with his wife, and stays active in the great outdoors through camping, fishing, and mountain biking.

Al has a passion for woodworking and it truly shows in everything he does. Outside of woodworking, he loves heading to the warmer weather in Mexico and visiting his granddaughter in California.

James Purchase Stillwater Site Lead

James Purchase

Site Lead

James is a Red Seal Carpenter and another valuable member of the Stillwater team. Outside of work, he’s out camping, fishing, and tearing up trails on his dirt bike or ATV—always making time for family, leading as a Scouter with 5th Juan de Fuca Scouts, and volunteering at Camp Barnard whenever he can.

Rob brings his Red Seal Carpenter expertise to the Stillwater crew as a site lead. Off the job, he’s all in as a hockey dad for his young kids and plotting his golf comeback this year.

Calvin is an apprentice carpenter bringing fresh energy to the Stillwater team. Off-site, he’s an avid traveler chasing adventures, a big 'sports guy' who plays volleyball, and a is regular in his local dart league.

Mason is a skilled apprentice carpenter and key contributor to the Stillwater team. When he's not crafting on site, you'll find him hiking local trails or honing his newfound passion for wood carving.

Hugo is a man of the people at Stillwater—a chill vibe-master who loves chewing wood (we loan him out to the demo crew for special projects). He's the official guest greeter, and you'll often find him basking in the sunshine.
